About The Blog

All my life I have loved words and all things pretty but I never felt like I had much of my own to share. In 2018 my husband, Matt, and I lost our first daughter, Poppy, at 12 weeks. This experience gave me the opportunity to learn more about Jesus and to be able to comfort others in a different way. And in 2019 we were blessed with our rainbow baby, Merah Kathryn. In my little blog, I hope to share our journey, links to Merah Kathryn’s outfits, week-night meal ideas, and maybe even some hair tips for thick mom hair. My desire is that through visiting my blog you leave it feeling uplifted and inspired to take hold of hope.
